So Frey went on a hunt this August for colorful personalities on the streets of Singapore. Well not necessarily colors in the literal sense of the word, but different personalities that scream beyond the pieces and drapes of cloths they don.
These folks just stand out - whether cool, aloof, cheerful, chirpy, elegant, poised, - they are just comfortable in their skin.
